Toll refining

Catalyst recycling at the highest level

We process both car catalytic converters, truck catalytic converters, industrial catalytic converters, as well as diesel particulate filters, extracting precious metals from them.

In the remanufacturing process, the metallic carrier materials are separated from the ceramic or other materials. Subsequently, the ceramic material is crushed, and the contained precious metal is extracted from the washcoat.

Unsere Umarbeitung

We work with state-of-the-art technologies and carefully selected processes to ensure high quality of the extracted precious metals. The reworking is carried out by our experienced team. Samples of the material are taken and the precious metal content is determined using various methods, such as XRF or ICP analysis.

The results are then accurately documented and passed on to our customers. This allows them to know exactly the value of the material and act accordingly.

Our remanufacturing service is ideal for customers who want to sell their catalytic converters and want to know the actual value of the material, or for customers who want to use the material for the production of new products and want to be informed about the precious metal content.

What we refine

Catalytic converters

contain either ceramic monolith or a metallic core.

Diesel particulate filter

Reduce exhaust gases from diesel engines and their harmful particles. Contain precious metals.

Industrial catalysts

Industrial exhaust gas purification systems often contain catalytic converters or diesel particulate filters.

Other catalyst types

We also buy catalytic converters from trucks, buses, excavators and the like.
